QAF Concept had the privilege of making its debut at the Phygital Sustainability Expo to spotlight Iraq’s capabilities in the fashion industry.
Four exclusive couture fully sustainable designs, one of which was featured on the narrated catwalk, were exhibited during the two-day event in Italy at the Imperial Fora aiming to convey that sustainability and social responsibility are fashionable.
QAF is a contemporary clothing brand whose tagline is symbolic of its goal, ‘Made in Iraq to Turn Heads Everywhere’. It utilizes the flow of curved shapes by means of color-blocking as a fashion statement, highlighting characteristics of Mesopotamian fashion nostalgic of the curved trails of the Tigris and Euphrates.
It was an honor to represent Iraq and all its greatness with this incredible opportunity, hopeful for a more colorful future.
